How Rummage works

Rummage organizes buying and selling into scheduled drops called Collections — making it simple to shop, simple to sell, and eliminating the need for invoicing or off-platform communication.

Browse a Collection

Sellers create a Collection and schedule a time for it to go live. Before it starts, you can view upcoming Collections, set a reminder to get notified, and browse available marketplace listings.

Items cannot be purchased until the Collection goes live.

Watch a Collection

Once a Collection begins, items appear one-by-one for a short period. Act fast — sold items are immediately removed.

  • Tap the Buy Now button
  • Confirm your purchase
  • Receive an order confirmation

Order processing

Payments are securely processed and the seller prepares your order for shipment.

  • The seller receives your order details
  • Sellers may use a Rummage prepaid label or purchase their own — either way, tracking will appear in your My Orders page once the order ships
Sellers have 72 hours, including weekends and holidays, to ship an order after purchase.

Receive your order

Tracking updates appear in your order status page. Report any shipping issues by emailing support@rummageapp.co or through the "My Orders" tab.

Seller payouts

Sellers earn money when all of the following criteria are met: the order is shipped, delivery is confirmed, and no claim is made. Funds are sent via Stripe to the connected bank account.
